A seasoned geologist and former senior executive with Rio Tinto, Mr. Scarr benefits from an illustrious career spanning nearly 30 years with the world’s second largest mining company. Among his many accomplishments, he played a key role in multiple mineral discoveries in North and South America, as well as Africa.
He has also worked on the commercial justification for the world’s largest lithium resource — the lithium-borate deposit in Serbia.
Following his career with Rio Tinto, he joined Lithium One Inc. to advance the Sal de Vida lithium brine deposit in Argentina through to feasibility (a production decision) with Galaxy Resources. Following Galaxy, Mr. Scarr worked for the Enirgi Group, overseeing the completion of a positive feasibility study for a processing plant at the world-class Rincon lithium brine project, which is also in Argentina.

With over 30 years experience in the finance industry, and the former Senior Vice President and Director of Canaccord Capital Corp. from 1999 to 2004, Mr. Harris has directly raised over $250 million in development and venture capital for public and private companies worldwide. Currently Mr. Harris acts as the CEO and Director of Cap?Ex Iron Ore Ltd. Graham is also a owner of Sunrise Drilling Ltd.

Mr. Stevenson has over 15 years experience in finance, marketing and public relations. Kyle has filled several high profile roles over the years, including; Founder of Liquid Entertainment and Waterproof Studios, a top tier animation and visual effect studio that works with the world’s premier gaming and film companies, and founder and Director of RuralCom Networks – RuralCom is a licenses telecom provider and owner of Canadian 850 MHZ spectrum.
ANDREW BOWERING, B.A.
Mr. Bowering has held senior executive positions and directorships in numerous public exploration companies over the last 28 years, operating in Canada, US, Mexico, China, Argentina and Australia. He has directly raised over $200 million for mineral exploration and advanced development projects, in addition to leading several large acquisition programs. Andrew is also the founder and owner of Sunrise Drilling Ltd.

With over 30 years of international geological experience and mine management Brent is the former Managing Director of Kinross Gold Australia Pty Ltd. and a fellow Member FGS, SEG. Brent is Fellow of AusIMM and member of PDAC.
Mr. Brian Morrison is an Independent Director of Millennial Lithium Corp. He is a self-employed management consultant to public companies and has provided services in a variety of management and financial oversight roles. He has directorships in numerous public companies and has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets regulatory affairs and investor public relations.

Mr. Alexander Langer is a successful public markets specialist with over 12 years of experience in all aspects of equity financing. Mr. Langer started his career as an Investment Advisor with Canaccord Wealth Management, where he helped fund over 100 private and publically listed companies in various sectors including technology, mining, health care, forestry, and green technology. Alex has worked with numerous private and publically traded companies in various senior management positions including: CEO, President, Director, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Marketing.

DR. VIJAY MEHTA, PhD

A world-renowned expert in lithium mining, extraction, and processing, Dr. Vijay Mehta brings to Millennial Lithium nearly five decades of experience. He has consulted to all of the “Who’s Who” in the global lithium mining industry.
In particular, his services are greatly sought-after for his expertise in optimizing solar energy for lithium brine processing, as well as the production of high-purity (battery grade) lithium end products.
His skill set also includes evaluating the technological and economic feasibility of lithium brine projects around the world, as well as cost competitive analysis comparisons. Among his many other scientific accomplishments, he holds more than 12 lithium-related US patents, and has published over 50 technology reports and, as well as ten academic papers.

With extensive expertise in lithium brine chemistry and processing, G.A. Ben Binninger is applying his wealth of technical experience to the roles of project advancement and ultimately to production cost optimization for the Pastos Grandes and Cauchari East projects.
His skills also include mergers and acquisitions. He has negotiated deals and contracts for multi-billion-dollar industry leaders in the natural resources sector in no less than 24 countries. Mr. Binninger has a Master’s in business administration from the Harvard Business School (HBS) and has studied at Stanford University, as well as having taught international business management at UCLA.
